Standalone apps and interactive tools available on GhostESP

GhostESP includes built-in apps, compiled GhostScript packages, and target-specific Native SD Apps that run from the on-device menu.

Current Native SD App support: The Apps gallery exposes third-party native apps only on boards with PSRAM. Boards without PSRAM can still use built-in apps and GhostScript. Treat native app execution on no-PSRAM boards as unsupported even when an individual manifest sets requires_psram to false.
